About orders

Select a product
On the product page, add the product you want to your cart.

Check your cart
Please check your order details, delivery address and payment method on the cart page.

Proceed to order
Please enter the required information, check the details, and then confirm your order.

Order Completed
Once your order is complete, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details.
*If you have not received the order completion email within 3 business days, please check the information below and contact us using this inquiry form, stating your order number.
Payment
The following payment methods are available:
Credit card
When your order is confirmed, we will process your credit card payment. The timing of your payment will vary depending on the credit card company you use.
PayPay (online payment)
After the order confirmation screen appears, you will be asked to log in to PayPay or the PayPay app screen will be displayed, where you can proceed with the payment process.
About delivery
Our store's shipping schedule is as follows:
Important Notice
- We are closed on weekends, holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays, so orders will be shipped on the next business day or later.
- We do not ship on the same day as the order deadline.
- Depending on the number of orders and the busy season, shipping dates may be delayed from the above schedule.
- The number of days from shipment to delivery varies depending on the region.
- We only deliver within Japan. We do not ship overseas.
- Unfortunately, we don't export to individual customers out of Japan.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of 550 yen nationwide per order. For orders eligible for Nekopos shipping, shipping is a flat rate of 330 yen nationwide. If the total product price is 5,500 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.
*Delivery is by Yamato Transport. You cannot specify the delivery company.Issuance of receipts
[If you use a credit card or PayPay]
If you are a member, please issue an electronic receipt from "Purchase History" on your My Page. Electronic receipts can be issued after the product has been shipped. The recipient's name can be changed.
Issuance procedure

Log in to your My Page and select the item you wish to purchase from "Orders".

Selecting the "Print receipt" button will take you to the page where the receipt is issued.
How to change the addressee and details
You can change the recipient's name, address, and receipt notes by clicking the "Change recipient" button at the top of the page where the receipt is issued.
Cancellation and change of order
Cancellations and changes within 30 minutes of placing an order
You can cancel or change your order yourself from your My Page within 30 minutes of completing your order.

Log in to your My Page and go to "Order History".

Press the "Cancel" button.

Click the "Confirm Cancellation" button and then the "Execute" button to complete the procedure.
Cancellations and changes after 30 minutes of placing an order
If the "Cancel Order" button does not appear within 30 minutes or after 30 minutes of placing your order, we will not be able to accept cancellations or changes.
Returns and Exchanges
When your order arrives, please be sure to check the contents.
Our store does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
If the product you receive is damaged or soiled, or if we deliver a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will check our store's stock status and exchange the product.
Additionally, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to actually be credited to your account via your card issuer.
About logging in/registering
This website uses a password-free system to improve security and convenience for our customers.
How to create a new account and log in

Log in using the "Account icon" at the top of the site or "Create an account/login" in the menu.

On the login screen, enter your email address and click the "Submit" button.

An email containing a one-time authentication code (6 digits) for logging in will be sent to your registered email address. Open the email and click the "Login" button to securely access your My Page.
Important Notice
If your one-time login authentication code (6 digits) has expired, please enter your email address again and resend it.
You do not need to enter a password when logging in.
When to create an account
You can create an account using either of the following methods:

Create an account in advance (recommended)
Follow the steps above to verify your email address and create an account and log in before shopping.

Automatic account creation upon purchase
When you make a purchase, an account will be automatically created based on the information you provide at the time of purchase.
What you can do on My Page
After logging in, you can use the following services on your My Page.
- Check your purchase history
- Add, change, or edit a shipping address
- Save your favorite products
About the Favorites feature
Anyone can mark products as favorites, but you must be logged in to save and view your list.

About "adding" to Favorites
Anyone can click the favorite icon on product pages and add them to their favorites, regardless of whether they are logged in or not.

About "saving" and "checking" your favorites
You must be logged in to permanently save your favorite products and view them as a list.

Handling in a logged out state and data loss
If you add a favorite while logged out, please be careful when handling the list.
If you want to save it, please be sure to log in beforehand.
[Save timing]
After adding a product while logged out, go to the "Confirm Favorites List" screen and log in (or create an account). The list contents at that time will be linked to your account and saved.
[Conditions for data loss]
Lists added while logged out will be retained as long as you do not close the browser. If you close the browser (leave the site) without checking your favorites, the contents of the list will be lost.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from this site by following the steps below.

Log in using the "Account icon" at the top of the site or "login/Create an account" in the menu.

Select "Delete account" from the registration information (profile) screen.
