Our staff will select the best size for the item you wish to wrap.

*We cannot accept size requests from customers.
*Depending on the combination of products you order, it may not be possible to fit everything in even the L size.

How to use

Please choose wrapping method "wrap all together" or "wrap individually".
*If you select "Individually Wrapped", please enter how you would like the wrapping combined in the "Notes" section on the MD Gift Bag page.
Select the quantity, add the gift bag to your cart, and proceed to checkout along with your purchased items.

Important matters

Please be sure to check.

You cannot specify the size of the gift bag. Our staff will select a bag that is appropriate for the size of the product.
Please make sure to add the gift bag to your cart as an item. If you do not purchase it, we will not be able to wrap it.
The name of the sender (the person who placed the order) will be written in the sender's name field on the delivery slip.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide gift wrapping or a carrier bag?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free wrapping, gift wrapping, or paper bags for presents.

Can I specify the size of the gift bag?

We cannot accept requests for specific gift bag sizes. We have three sizes available: S, M, and L, and our staff will select the most suitable size for you based on the combination and size of the items you order.

Will anything that shows the price be included?

If you request gift wrapping, please rest assured that we will not include any documents that indicate the price, such as an invoice.

Can I order both for home and as a gift at the same time?

Yes, it is possible. Please write how you would like the gift wrapped in the "Notes" section on the MD Gift Bag page.

How to give a gift

After clicking "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to purchase, select "Send as an e-gift to someone whose address you do not know" on the cart screen.
Please fill in the required fields on the displayed page and proceed with the payment.
You can find the "Receipt Page" on the page after completing your purchase. Select the "Send via LINE" button, or copy the URL and send it to the recipient via email or social media.

How to receive

When you open the URL sent via email or LINE, the product redemption page will be displayed.
Please enter your delivery information and click "Next" at the bottom.
Once you register, your order will be delivered to the address you specify.
Precautions
- The e-gift redemption period is 14 days from the date of purchase.
- If the recipient does not complete the procedure by the receiving deadline, the product will be sent to the buyer's address.
- Please enter your own address when entering the delivery address during checkout.
- e-gifts cannot be used with coupons or Nekoposu (a specific shipping service).
