Pause Time
Time spent in my tea room
Recently, I created a small tea room inside my home.
Like many people today, I am rarely separated from my phone—sometimes almost all day (laughs). Still, when I enter this space, I try to leave my phone behind and bring only a book or a notebook with me. It is my way of gently disconnecting from the outside world.
Even a short moment of quiet makes a noticeable difference. As the surrounding noise fades, thoughts that were buried under daily urgency begin to surface. I find myself slowing down, listening to my own breathing, and paying attention to feelings I often overlook in a busy routine.
This time is not about productivity or accomplishing something specific. It is about allowing myself to pause, sit with a cup of tea, and simply exist without interruption. In that stillness, I often realize what truly matters to me and where I want to place my energy next.
